The Aquarium Adventure franchise model requires high levels of customer service delivered by highly trained Fish Counselors. Our most successful franchisees have strong interpersonal skills and are team builders. Personnel recruiting, training, and staff management abilities are requirements for success. Please describe past management experiences that reflect these skills. (They need not be business related. Running a little league sports team, leading a volunteer organization, or other team building experiences qualifies.)
